ICAISC 2023

The 22nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing

June 18-22, 2023

Special Sessions

AI and neuroinformatics for understanding biological intelligence

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is strongly connected to computational neuroscience and brain research. Many leading AI researchers believe that further development of AI depends on our understanding of biological intelligence based on the processes in the brain. Interaction between AI and neuroscience goes both ways, and is highly beneficial to both fields. This year a special track will be devoted to these interactions.

Contributions increasing our understanding of biological as well as artificial intelligence are welcomed. This track will cover all topics pertaining to biological inspirations of artificial intelligence, computational methods for simulation of intelligent behavior, analysis of brain processes, neuroimaging data and electrophysiological measurements, brain-computer interfaces, and all kinds of neurocognitive technologies.

Submission date (extended abstract): 31.03.2023.

Organized by
Włodzisław Duch, Neurocongitive Laboratory, CMIT, Nicholaus Copernicus University,
Ludovico Minati, Center for Mind/Brain Sciences (CIMeC), University of Trento, Italy
Luis Alexandre, Departamento de Informática, Universidade da Beira Interior, Portugal
